We do not offer refunds, but should you receive a product that you are not entirely happy with, please return it to us. We will return the product to our supplier and either credit your account or replace the item (after the returned product has been assessed).
If the item received is faulty or unsatisfactory in any way, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receiving it. If no bugs or faults are found, the product will be returned back to you, at your cost.
